Asking your LEA for a "
statutory assessment
" of your child's special educational needs.
Asking your LEA for a "
re-assessment
" of your child's special educational needs.
Asking for a meeting
to discuss your child's proposed Statement and "expressing a preference for a school."
Asking for the
name of the school
on your child's Statement to be changed to another maintained school.
